Lights to My Siren by Lani Lynn Vale ♥ Review, Q&A, Book Tour & GIVEAWAY ♥ (Contemporary Romance)

Lights To My Siren
You’re The Lights…

Sebastian had one rule.
No women on the back of his bike. Period.
The one time he broke that rule, he killed the woman that was carrying his child.
Then comes Baylee Roberts. She makes Sebastian want to break every single rule he’d ever implemented. Hell, but she even makes him consider that dreaded H word. A helmet.

To My…

Baylee Roberts innocently walked into her bathroom never expecting that she’d find a man in there. It is her bathroom after all, and she lives alone.
From the instant he placed his hat on her head to protect her from the sun, Baylee’s mind becomes filled with thoughts of a certain biker.
She really shouldn’t go there. There’s no telling what kind of dangerous things he does for The Dixie Wardens MC.

Siren…

Nothing is ever as easy as it should be. Their relationship’s one of them.
Baylee’s brother is a cop. Baylee’s father is a cop. Which inevitably means that Baylee’s going to have certain hang-ups about being with a man like himself.
Sebastian has a lot on his plate with his busy job as a firefighter, a single father, and the vice president of The Dixie Wardens MC.
Not enough, though, to keep him away from Baylee.
When a series of arsons rattle their hometown and puts Sebastian’s life on the line, Baylee finally realizes the only fire Sebastian can’t put out is the one inside her heart.
Once again, Lani wrote one heck of a HOT story!

Sebastian is a different breed of alpha. In fact, I think he is one of the most alpha-alphas I have read. I honestly wasn't sure about him at first, with regard to whether or not I liked him due to his past actions (no spoilers here) but the rest of the story sealed it for me; I'm a Sebastian fan!

Baylee was great because, in spite of her physical conditions, she loved living life and did so on her own terms. Her conditions definitely added a unique element to the story and I eagerly read on to see how the story would progress.

The last few pages before the epilogue literally had me in tears. While I loved the whole story, it was really tied together within those pages.

Lani always incorporates family into her books, namely children, which is refreshing as it adds a "real" element to the story.

The ONLY only only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because of the proofreading issues throughout the book.

This is my 2nd Lani book, and I would absolutely, without hesitation, read ANY of her books! I am a HUGE Lani fan!

***I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review***
1. Please share 5 fun facts about yourself.

-I hate running. Truly, I despise it, but I do it anyway so I don’t feel lazy.
- My favorite thing in the world is Cookie Cake from the Great American Cookie Factory.
-My cat is evil. She wakes me up my pawing my face. And she sits at the top of my computer chair playing with my hair while I type.
- I like driving with my windows down blaring my country music. And I’m a 90s baby. N’Sync is better than Backstreet Boys.
- I love naps. If I’m sleeping, don’t wake me up, because I’m not nice when I first wake.

2. Using only 3 adjetives, please describe Lights to my Siren.

hot, hard, and fast.

3. What is your favorite quote from the book?

“My pops has a man crush on Johnny Cash.”

4. Who are some of your book boyfriends? What draws you to them?

Tack from Motorcycle Man by Kristen Ashley. Dane Hollister from Dream Man by Linda Howard. I just love a guy that is super alpha. He doesn’t like to have his woman in danger. He’ll also do just about anything to make sure she’s safe.

5. Is Lights to my Siren the start to a series or a single title? And if it’s the start, can you share who the next book will be aboout?

Lights to My Siren is part of The Heroes of The Dixie Wardens MC series. The next book is about Kettle and Adeline. He’s already written, so he’ll follow shortly after Sebastian.
