Loose Corset by Christine Rains ♥ Fun Facts, Book Tour & GIVEAWAY ♥ (Erotic Romance)

Dice and Debauchery, Book 1

A weekend away at a convention is exactly what overworked student Morgan needs. Dressed as her character from her favorite online game, Morgan is braced—seriously, could her corset be tighter?—to meet the other players. As Lady Gyrfalcon, she’s ready for everything—except her intense attraction to Dean. A clandestine meeting in the hallway of the hotel and Morgan’s corset is looser but now she can’t breathe for entirely different reasons.

Utterly charmed, Morgan decides to roll the dice and indulge in a fantasy-worthy weekend of sexy roleplaying, scorching sex and life-altering orgasms. Still, through it all Morgan is too smart to believe the chemistry constantly stripping her of costumes and control can last more than the length of the convention. But if she wants to keep a relationship so intense she thought it only existed in fiction, she’s going to have to let go of her cool-headed logic and allow herself to fall far and fast for the perfect guy.
1. The story takes place at a gaming convention called Gen Con. It's a real convention that's in Indianapolis, Indiana. I've attended it eight times in the last decade. Yet unlike my protagonist Morgan Reid, I have yet to try painting an orc at a miniature workshop.

2. Morgan wears a corset as part of her steampunk costume the first night she meets her online gaming group. I wore a costume with a too-tight corset one year. Word to the wise: if the corset is barely containing you, do not run, jump, or dance while wearing it!

3. I visit Indianapolis frequently. One of the downtown features that a lot of con-goers complain about are the steam grates and the stench that comes from them. Morgan comments on it herself. Sometimes during the convention, you'll see people walking around with gas masks on. It's difficult to know if they're cosplaying or making a statement about the stink!

4. The book was originally called GEEK GIRL PROBLEMS. My editor didn't think it was sexy enough. The next several title suggestions I sent her had nerd references she didn't understand. Finally, I came up with LOOSE CORSET because that's what starts off the first steamy scene.

5. I imagine Morgan's love interest, Dean to look a lot like a young Sirius Black. A mischievous gleam in his eyes, mussed dark hair, and that sly, gorgeous grin. It made writing the sex scenes so much easier for me!

6. Stop, wrap, and go! My characters practice safe sex. Researching nerdy themed condoms was a lot of fun. I never knew there were so many. They use a Gandalf one in Morgan's hotel room. I bet you can guess what it says on the wrapper.

7. LOOSE CORSET is the first book in my Dice & Debauchery series. Morgan was the easiest of the protagonists to write because she's smart and cool-headed, makes a lot of Doctor Who references, and fantasizes about having sex with Nathan Fillion.
Geek girl problem #44: You have no will power to resist a guy who looks like one of your literary crushes.

When I got back to the hotel and the elevator opened on my floor, I felt better than I had all day. I was smiling as I turned the corner toward my room and nearly tripped over my feet when I spotted Dean standing beside the room door.

Leaning against the wall, he had one black-booted foot against it. His jeans were frayed at the knees and his black t-shirt featured a Harry Potter quote that was quite appropriate for what had happened last night. He could be a young Sirius Black. Desire shot through my body.

Frak! No, no, no.

How did he know where I was staying? And why was he here and not playing D&D with the others?

Emily. Dammit.

I wanted to flee. My heart pounded against my ribcage. I forced herself to walk toward him. I just had to be polite and state how tired I was. If he was any bit a gentleman, he’d leave me be.

Dean turned his head and smiled. “Hi.”
