Brayden dreams for thirty nights, tortured by the vision of a beautiful woman. When Ariel Williams walks into his inn, he sees that she's the one he's been obsessed with in his night time journeys. But Ariel is fleeing an arranged marriage and keeps shyly to herself, until the worst happens and by mistake she casts a spell on a guest. Brayden works with Ariel to help her control her magic but discovers she's a High Witch - one of only three witches in the world with a rare kind of power.

Immediately the two must flee; evil warlock Julius wants to enslave Ariel - mind, heart and body. Julius and his lover the High Witch Nadia will stop at nothing to capture Ariel, and the danger threatens to tear Ariel apart from Brayden. Ariel's only hope is that her love for Brayden and her newly-discovered powers are strong enough to save them.

This is a NOVELLA of approximately 25,000 words.

Brayden gazed into the woman’s vivid blue eyes. Her blonde hair flowed down her shoulders, soft, silky. She curled her fingers around the hair at the nape of his neck, and brought her mouth close to his. His heart beat erratically in anticipation of the moment their lips would touch. He shut his eyes, then felt the softest, sweetest sensation of his life. He tasted her sweet lips, shuddered as her tongue played with his. He wrapped his arms around her waist, holding her closely, tightly. His entire body quivered as it was pressed against hers. She began to pull away. He held her to him. She broke the kiss.

She looked at him with sadness in her eyes. He could feel it — she was leaving. He felt like she’d left him a thousand times before. That they were endlessly reliving this moment. He tried to hold onto her, but she turned and began to fade from view. He grasped at her disappearing figure, but his hands clutched air. She was gone.

He stood there, sorrow consuming him. Then the faint sounds of bells twinkling, and her soft, sweet voice.

Find me.

After surviving being hunted by Julius, Brayden and Ariel settle into their married life. Ariel is determined to find the other High Witches to make sure they’re alright. But there’s something going on with her pregnancy, something unusual, and she needs to find out what.

In the meantime, Hallie, an eighteen-year-old witch, is being pursued by Nicholas, a strange young man who knows about her past. What does Nicholas want with Hallie, and how are they both connected to Ariel? And what about Sean, the man Hallie loves? Will they end up together, or will Nicholas’ plan hurt all of them? The two witches will need to work hard to save those they love, and each other.

This book is approximately 44,000 words, or 150 pages in print.

Hallie gritted her teeth, all Sean’s kinds words wiped out by his last comment. “You know I have to hide it!” she exclaimed. She rubbed her face with her hand, hating that he didn’t understand. She huffed, wishing she could explain it to him. “I have to hide it after what happened. You don’t know what it’s like, being afraid of letting go. Being afraid of getting too emotional. You make it sound as if I just suddenly became more confident and believed in myself, all my problems would be solved, but they wouldn’t be! I still have all this power, power I can’t control, and it could hurt people! I just wish you’d accept me as I am.” Hallie crossed her arms over her chest, immediately regretting all she’d just said. She hated it when they fought like this. She expected Sean to get upset with her and argue back, like they sometimes did, but he only sighed.

“How long are you going to make me wait, Hallie?” he whispered.

She looked at him in confusion, seeing a pleading look in his beautiful green eyes. She frowned. “Wait for what?”

He smiled crookedly. “Never mind. It doesn’t matter.”

She sat up straight. “Wait for what?”

He only shook his head, looking down. Hallie felt her heart beat faster. What was he talking about? Did he mean...? She found it hard to breathe. She wanted to touch him, to reach out and take his hand, but she was suddenly too nervous. Don’t get too emotional. She tried to breathe deeply, tried to clear her head, but her heart was beating too fast and her breath was shallow and her hands were starting to shake.

Sean suddenly looked at her. “What’s wrong?”

She only shook her head. I’m in love with you, you big, stupid idiot, she thought, and shut her eyes, trying to ignore him.

Then his arms were around her and he leaned her against his chest. He gently kissed her hair, holding her to him. She melted into him, letting out a little sigh. He laughed. “I feel it too, you know,” he whispered, and she looked at him in surprise. He gave the same crooked smile. “I’ve been waiting for you to become more confident, for you to believe in yourself, because I want this to be right. I don’t want to be with you until you’re strong—if we’re together now, all your strength will come from me, and I want you to be strong from you. From inside. Oh, Hallie, I’ve wanted to kiss you since you were twelve, but I can’t. Not yet. Do you understand?”

Ariel is getting used to being a new mother and is excited to see her best friends Hallie and Sean again. She just wants to spend time with them and relax and hear about their wedding. Unfortunately, relaxing is the last thing any of them can do on this visit.

Thrust into a new place, the High Witches are delighted to find the fourth—but the circumstances couldn’t be worse. A group of men are determined to stop them from casting a spell that could change the world, bringing immense joy but also great disaster. The risks of the spell might be beyond their ability to handle.

A great darkness is coming. It will take more than two High Witches to stop it: it will take a coven.

High Coven is the third and final book in the High Witch series.

Alexandra kept a careful eye on her. She thought about how much Julia had changed since she turned one a few months ago. Walking, talking more, seeming to understand so much. Although looking after her daughter mostly on her own was very difficult, she adored her child, loved her with her whole heart. It was a blessing, however, that her parents and sister lived close by, as they were able to help a great deal. Alexandra received no help from Julia’s father—and never would. She scowled as she thought of the devil.

He’d arrived in town out of nowhere, handsome, charming, seemingly wealthy, and had a confidence about him, brought on partly by his ability with magic. While warlocks and witches were often frowned upon, Cameron was proud of being a warlock, amusing those in the town with shape-shifting.

He’d pursued Alexandra, who was working at the local tavern as a waitress. Men never pursued her—an unmarried woman close to thirty was viewed as odd, strange, an outcast. People suspected there must be something wrong with her, although she’d have wiped the smile off their face if they’d said it to her directly.

But Cameron went after her as if she was the most beautiful woman in the world, and Alexandra couldn’t help but succumb to him in the end. They had a glorious handful of weeks together, but when Alexandra told him she was pregnant, he disappeared, just like that.

That’s when she discovered he wasn’t wealthy—he’d conned his way into everything he’d had. He was nothing but a charlatan, a fake, and Alexandra felt like such a fool for falling for him. In the end, though, she had Julia, and she couldn’t ask for anything more. She still worked as a waitress, with her mother or sister watching Julia when she had her shifts.

There was only one thing, however, that always worried her.

Julia was a witch. A powerful one. Alexandra knew nothing of magic. But the spells she’d seen her daughter cast, without even trying—spells of every kind, just pouring out of her—it was a concern. How was she going to raise a witch?

And why in the world was Julia’s magic so strong?
